  • Transaction information: order details, item descriptions, pricing, payment status
  • Compliance information: information required by federal and state law for firearms transfers (e.g., ATF Form 4473 data, serial numbers)

  • Comply with the law: We disclose information when required by federal, state, or local law, including ATF inspections and NICS background check processes

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, secure transmission of payment data, and access controls on our systems. Compliance data (bound book records) is retained as required by ATF regulations (minimum 20 years).

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. ATF-mandated records are retained per federal requirements. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that certain records (e.g., ATF bound book entries) cannot be deleted as they are required by federal law.
